Furthermore, upon receiving the statement on consent withdrawal, we shall confirm the reception of the statement, and the personal data to which the statement applies shall no longer be processed, starting from the date of the consent withdrawal. All processing and/or transfers performed until the consent withdrawal date shall still remain legally valid.

Apart from the right to withdraw consent, in accordance with the data protection regulations in force, the users have the right of access and the right to confirmation by Foto Utopia in relation with personal data, the right of rectification, the right of erasure (“right to be forgotten”), the right of restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object.
