Foto Utopia, sole proprietorship for service provision, owned by Tina Gavranić, places great importance to the protection of personal data and the privacy of our users and clients. This Privacy Policy regulates the manner of handling information we collect when you visit our website. Personal data processing is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) (hereinafter: the Regulation), regulations in force, best practices and internationally adopted standards, in compliance with the Regulation’s business and safety requirements.

Collection and processing of personal data

Personal data is the data that identifies you (e.g. name, address, e-mail, etc.). Foto Utopia shall not collect your personal data, with the exception of cases in which you have made them explicitly available to us (e.g. when sending queries or for any other reason), which means that you agree to, i.e. give your consent for them to be used for the following purposes.

Foto Utopia shall use your personal data for the purposes of technical management of its website, preference analysis and communication of general and personalized quotas and replies in order to enable you access to special information and communicate with you.

Foto Utopia invests great efforts in ensuring personal data safety and compliance with data protection regulations in force (such as the General Data Protection Regulation, the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation, etc.). We wish to emphasize the fact that your data is conscientiously protected from loss, destruction, manipulation, unauthorized access and unauthorized disclosure. We are obligated to respect the confidentiality of your data.

Storage period

The data we received with your consent for the purpose of receiving the newsletter are used on the basis of legitimate interest for [3 (three)] years after the expiration of the contractual relationship, your user data is stored for 3 (three) years after it has been collected, and the stored personal data shall be available and permanently stored in our archive until the moment you withdraw your consent, apart from the data for which the prescribed storage period is longer. If you have given your consent for the data to be processed for advertising purposes the duration of which exceeds the prescribed time limit, we shall store your data until you have withdrawn your consent.

User rights

The user decides which personal data they shall make available to Foto Utopia. Should your personal data change in any way, please notify us via e-mail at futopia.foto@gmail.com so that we can correct or update your personal data.

We hereby inform you that you have the right to withdraw your given consent at any moment, in fully or partially, through the abovementioned e-mail address. Furthermore, upon receiving the statement on consent withdrawal, we shall confirm the reception of the statement, and the personal data to which the statement applies shall no longer be processed, starting from the date of the consent withdrawal. All processing and/or transfers performed until the consent withdrawal date shall still remain legally valid.

Apart from the right to withdraw consent, in accordance with the data protection regulations in force, the users have the right of access and the right to confirmation by Foto Utopia in relation with personal data, the right of rectification, the right of erasure (“right to be forgotten”), the right of restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object.

Should you decide not to share your data, please bear in mind that you may not have enabled access to certain parts of the website.

Automated processing

Certain data (such as the type of Internet browser you are using, the number of visits, the average time spent on the site, browsed content, etc.) is processed automatically upon accessing the Foto Utopia’s website. This data is used for the purpose of assessing the attraction of our website.
